Rehabilitation after an injury
Sprains, dislocations, fractures and soft-tissue injuries
This pathway covers recovery after injuries treated without surgery. An orthopaedic surgeon and physiotherapist can help relate the selected programme to the type of injury and stage of healing. Resources are organised by body area and then by the type of injury, leading to a rehabilitation programme with exercise instructions.
