2. What the website provides

The website allows users to browse and search articles, illustrations, audio and audiovisual health resources, and to access information about authors and consultation locations. Materials for doctors and physiotherapists are identified in the relevant section.

These functions are free and do not require an account. The website does not sell products, collect payments or register patients through its own system. Appointments arranged by telephone or an external system are subject to the relevant clinic’s terms.

The website does not accept new public comments. Correspondence about its operation can be sent to the contact email address.

3. Starting and ending use

The electronic service of providing a requested page or resource begins when the user accesses that function. You may stop at any time by closing the page or stopping playback. No notice or payment is required.

These terms are available free of charge. You can save or print them using your browser.

4. Technical requirements and rules of use

You need an internet-connected device and a current browser supporting HTTPS and HTML5. Some interactive features require JavaScript. Recordings require audio or video support. Internet connection costs are governed by your agreement with your provider.

You must not supply unlawful content or use the website in a way that infringes others’ rights, system security or normal operation. This includes unauthorised access attempts, malicious code and deliberate disruption of availability.

For security, use up-to-date software and protect your device against unauthorised access. Necessary technical maintenance may temporarily restrict availability.

5. Nature of medical content

Materials are informational and educational. They do not constitute an individual diagnosis, treatment plan, surgical assessment or medical consultation. Personal healthcare decisions require consideration of symptoms, examination and the patient’s individual circumstances.

The website must not be treated as an emergency assistance channel. Further details are given in the medical disclaimer (in Polish).

We take care when preparing content, but medical knowledge and service availability can change. Errors may be reported to the website contact address.

6. Rights to materials

Materials may be legally protected, including by copyright, related rights, image rights and rights in distinctive signs. Rights belong to the relevant holders, according to the material’s description, source and legal status.

You may share links and use materials within the limits permitted by law, including quotation rights where their conditions are met. Use beyond those limits requires an appropriate legal basis or the rights holder’s permission. Availability online does not grant an unrestricted licence to redistribute material.

7. External services

Links to clinics, publications, booking systems and external platforms help users find further information. External services have their own terms and privacy policies. Naming a clinic or publication does not guarantee availability of a particular service or a treatment outcome.

8. Complaints about website operation

Complaints about website operation may be sent to pobozytomasz@gmail.com or in writing to the service provider’s address. Describe the problem, the page address and, if possible, when it occurred and the device or browser used. Provide contact details for a response. Do not send medical records when reporting a technical problem.

We respond without undue delay, no later than 14 days after receiving a complaint. Missing supporting information does not automatically lead to rejection; we will request clarification if needed.

This procedure concerns the website’s electronic services. Complaints about medical care should be addressed to the provider of that care, in accordance with its complaints procedure and patient rights.

9. Liability and changes to the terms

The service provider’s liability is governed by applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited by agreement, in particular consumer rights.

These terms may be updated when website functions, service provider details or applicable law change. The effective date appears at the beginning. A new version does not retrospectively change the terms of services provided before it took effect.
